Jessica L. Killgore, President and Founder

Jessica L. Killgore is Founder and President of CCI, a premier provider of Managed Staffing Support Services. Killgore brings over 25 years of experience in the Managed Staffing industry. She plays a primary role in the Sales and Marketing areas, fostering strong, mutually rewarding Business Partnerships with our Customer Clients.

Killgore is a prominent member of the Managed Staffing Industry and continues to be active on the National Temporaries Association, and Atlanta German-Latin Chamber of Commerce.  With Killgore's leadership and the dedication of our Employee Partners, Career Connection, Inc. has spearheaded a revolution of change throughout the Managed Staffing and Technical Help Desk industries.

When Jessica L. Killgore established CCI, she combined world class customer support methods, technology and talent  to create successful business partnerships with some of the nations most prestigious companies.

Today, Career Connection, Inc. is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia with offices throughout North America. Recognized as a leader in the industry, Career Connection is poised for an exciting and successful future.

Robert A. Killgore, Vice-President

As Vice President, Robert A. Killgore develops the relationships with key customers to forecast, drive, measure and evaluate business results. In this role Killgore focus' on CCI's current and prospective strategic customers to give them the support services they need to further their business goals. He provides strategic direction for the sales and recruiting Talent by developing solutions that are tailor made for each customer. Killgore has over 25 years of Order Management and Managed Staffing experience and 10 years within Corporate Procurement services. His primary role is CCI's Corporate Headquarters operations and Order Fulfillment.
Michael S. Stowers, Co-Owner and Chief Operations Officer

Michael Stowers serves as the COO for CCI North American operations. He brings over 22 years of  experience in the Customer Care and Technical Help Desk Support Industry to CCI and to our Customer Clients. He is responsible for all field operations in all operating centers in North America.

Stowers' first initiative is Quality. He reviews every customer account, ensuring that quality service is delivered and that customer expectations are not just met, but Exceeded

Before joining CCI, Michael managed various Customer Care and Technical Help Desk call center support operations for multinational organizations like AT&T, CIBA Vision/Novartis, Equifax and Electrolux Corporation. Michael Stowers is an active member in the International Customer Service Association, and is an ongoing speaker for the International Quality and Productivity Center.

Ron W. Powell,  Chief Financial Officer

Ron Powell serves as Chief Financial Officer for CCI. He has held this position for the last eight years. Ron comes to CCI with an extensive and versatile experience in both Finance and Information Technology. Prior to joining CCI, Ron worked for Fortune 100 companies implementing world-class financial systems and processes to drive business results and improve operational efficiencies. Ron brings to CCI over 30 years of experience in financial systems management, implementation and optimization. He is responsible for all Financial and IT operations for the CCI North America organization.
